Directions: Preheat oven to 425 F (218 C). Line a non-stick baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Space hand pies on baking sheet so they are not touching. Lightly brush tops of hand pies with an egg wash (Egg + 1 TBSP water, scrambled). Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature is 155 F (68 C)
