For simple roasted squab, cut into two halves, season, and sear in skillet for 2-3 minutes or until well browned on each side. Transfer the squab to a baking sheet or heatproof dish and finish them in the oven until medium-rare. Approximately 12 to 16 ounces. Delivered frozen to ensure freshness.
