Commonly cooked in Moroccan, French, and Cantonese cuisines, now you can have gourmet all-natural and pasture-raised squab delivered to your door! HOW TO COOK: For simple roasted squab, cut into two halves, season, and sear in skillet for 2-3 minutes or until well browned on each side. Transfer the squab to a baking sheet or heatproof dish and finish them in the oven until medium-rare.
