JQ Dickinson Ramp Salt is made with all-natural heirloom finishing sea salt flavored with local dried ramps (wild onions). It’s light and not overly salty, perfect for adding that extra touch of flavor to a dish. Ramps (Allium tricoccum) have a garlicky-onion flavor and grow at higher elevations. They are rich in Vitamin C.

HOW TO USE: Finishing salts will enhance any food you prepare. Sprinkle them on just before you eat to get a pop of flavor and a unique texture. Perfect for vegetables, eggs and hamburgers.
