Potatoes - All Blue OG

Scallions are young onions with a white base that hasn’t fully developed into a bulb and long green stalks. Both the white and green parts are used in recipes, and they can be eaten raw or cooked. They can be used as toppings to dishes, to give a great subtle onion flavor to salads and are just perfect added to mashed potato to give your mash some extra zing. 

Also known as a sugar pumpkins, pie pumpkins have sweet and dense flesh perfect for making pumpkin puree. They tend to be denser than their Jack-O-Lantern relatives with a smaller hollow core. They are great for desserts and less ideal for decorative use.
