Bibb lettuce also known as Butterhead Lettuce.  Named after John Bibb, who developed it in Kentucky, this lettuce almost melts in your mouth like butter. Simply add to a sandwich, serve with a quick, lemon, sugar, oil, salt & pepper home-made dressing, or create fun home-made lettuce wraps with any filling of your choice!

Acorn squash, like its name suggests, comes in a delightful acorn shape. Its dense, thick skin is most often a dark emerald green with golden markings. It has bright orange flesh with a sweet, nutty flavor.

One of the easiest ways to enjoy Acorn squash is to cut it in half and roast it in the oven with a light drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
