Fusilli derives from the word for "spun" in Italian, "fuso" likely in reference to the handmade method of spinning this noodle into a corkscrew shape. Made in Lynchburg, Virginia.

USE: Substitute any traditional pasta recipe with this Gluten-free base! The curves and grooves of the pasta hold pesto sauce or hearty tomato sauce well.
