ABOUT: Scratch Pasta Co's mission is to bring the Italian flavors of fresh, homemade pastas to Chef Stephanie Fees' hometown. Gluten-free pasta noodles made with Tapioca and Brown Rice Flour. Fusilli derives from the word for "spun" in Italian, "fuso" likely in reference to the handmade method of spinning this noodle into a corkscrew shape. Made in Lynchburg, Virginia.
USE: Substitute any traditional pasta recipe with this Gluten-free base! The curves and grooves of the pasta hold pesto sauce or hearty tomato sauce well.
