Albarino Farfala (Pet-Nat) 2022 is a dry sparkling wine that pairs well with Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. This wine has notes grapefruit, honeydew, and nectarines.

Norton, Estate Bottled 2021 is smooth, rich, aromatic, and fruit-forward. It has notes of dark cherry, plum, raspberry, dark chocolate and a touch of mint. Pair this wine with your cheese course. It goes perfectly with cheddar and manchego!
