Pasture-raised from farrow to finish, supplemented with Non-GMO feed. From heritage breed pork raised and hand-butchered on-farm in White Oak Pastures' own USDA-inspected, zero-waste processing abattoir. All livestock at White Oak Pastures are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, and added growth hormones.
