Unfortunately. we don't grow these locally, but in order to provide you with a socially sourced Pineapple we source our Pineapples from a Fair Trade certified Farm in Costa Rica. Fair Trade Pineapples empower small-scale farmers and workers by providing them with fair wages and better working conditions. Enjoy this pineapple while knowing you are making a difference!
Fresh Pineapples:
- Store whole, uncut pineapples in a fruit bowl at room temperature.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Once ripe, enjoy their sweet and tangy taste!
Cut Pineapples:
- After cutting, transfer the pineapple to an airtight container.
- Refrigerate it to prolong its freshness.
- Consume within a few days for the best flavor.
Freeze Pineapples:
- If you have excess pineapple, you can freeze it.
- Peel, core, and cut the pineapple into chunks or slices.
- Place the pieces in a freezer-safe bag or container.
- Label with the date and freeze for up to 6 months.
- Thaw in the refrigerator before using.
