ABOUT: Nestled in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains is Weaver Sheep Farm. All-natural White Dorper Sheep are raised on the farm's own hay and local non-GMO feed without antibiotics or hormones. Humanely raised, the White Dorper Sheep offer a more mild-flavored meat.
HOW TO USE: Lamb is suitable in any recipe that calls for ground red meat, and makes flavorful meatballs or burgers. Try making gyros with grilled lamb meatballs, feta cheese, yogurt dip and herbs or serve lamb over rice. We recommend Morrocan-inspired meatballs with tahini sauce too.
