Store uncooked rice in a cool dry area or pantry. For long-term storage, store in a glass jar with a lid or other airtight container or place original bag inside a resealable heavy-duty freezer bag. Due to its low moisture content, white rice can keep almost indefinitely when properly stored.
For best results, follow the cooking directions provided on the bag and posted below!
4 cups water
2 tsp salt
Rinse rice in a bowl 3 times or rinse under running water in a sieve or colander to remove excess starch. Boil water in a medium saucepan. Add salt and rice and bring to boil. Stir gently to separate grains and cook for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain rice and water in colander and rinse with cold water. Fluff with a fork and add salt to taste.
