John, of Wade's Mill, sources grains from local and regional farms.  Wherever possible, he visits the farms to get to know our farmers personally and understand their practices.  All of our grains are non-GMO.  John stone-grinds our grains on granite mill stones, measures and fills the bags by hand and packs the boxes for shipping.   By handling each step of our process himself, John ensures the quality, integrity and freshness of our products through his “Single Miller Grind”.

Wade’s Mill stone-ground grains are 100% natural, free from any additives, preservatives, chemicals or bleaches.  As such, we advise that you refrigerate or freeze them upon receipt to maintain their stone-ground freshness and quality.
