ABOUT: Traditional kimchi made from Napa cabbage and thinly julienned of daikon radish that's smooth with the right amount of spicy from plenty of garlic, ginger, onion, and Korean chili powder. No fish sauce here, this is vegan-friendly! Always made with locally sourced veggies at the Number 1 Sons pickle factory in Washington, DC.

HOW TO USE: Owners and siblings, Caitlin and Yi Wah say that kimchi grilled cheese and kimchi quesadillas are a must try! 

INGREDIENTS: Napa cabbage, daikon, mustard greens, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, chili, nutritional yeast.

FERMENTATION TIME: About one week. Our kimchis are fermented but still slightly fresh-tasting for just the right amount of funk with plenty of crunch.
