HOW TO USE: Owners and siblings, Caitlin and Yi Wah say that kimchi grilled cheese and kimchi quesadillas are a must try!
INGREDIENTS: Napa cabbage, daikon, mustard greens, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, chili, nutritional yeast.
FERMENTATION TIME: About one week. Our kimchis are fermented but still slightly fresh-tasting for just the right amount of funk with plenty of crunch.
Best kept in the refrigerator. Kimchi will continue to ferment in time, which may lead to a sourer taste.
