A popular pepper cheese spread, this fresh, lactic chèvre is slowly cultured and allowed to coagulate overnight, creating a mild and extremely creamy texture. The next day the curds are drained by gravity, lightly salted, and mixed with sweet and flavorful piquillo peppers.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat's milk, piquillo peppers (water, sugar, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid preservative), cultures, vegetarian rennet, salt.
Storage Tips: Use within 1.5 weeks or freeze and thaw out in fridge if needed.
